- 6 ripe medium-sized Tomatoes
- 4 ounces fresh Mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of Southern Smoked Blend, Salts of the 7 Seas
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella to roughly the same thickness. Chop the basil leaves. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter. Place cheese slices on top of the tomatoes.
