Sweet & Smoky S’more Cookies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Applewood Smoked sea salt by Salts of the 7 Seas
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2-3 chopped chocolate bars
  • 4 chopped graham crackers

Cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and beat in eggs. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, Applewood Smoked salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Mix both combinations together and stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows, chopped chocolate, and chopped graham crackers. Turn the oven on broil and return tray. Watch carefully until marshmallows are golden. Remove immediately and cool on cookie rack. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
